Faith Works
Scripture is clear, by His divine power God has given us all that we need for life and godliness, so there is no part of my life that is not impacted by my faith; I apply the Truths of scripture in all that I do. (Referencing 2 Peter 1:3)
If you research the history of our great nation you can see the amazing miracles of God from the very beginning as He created, shaped and defended the new world that became America. I do my best every day to advance Christ’s gifts to us of life, liberty, and equality in everything I do, say, and write. I pray I can be worthy of His gifts.
God’s Word, the Bible, is the compass for my life. I have learned to trust God in everything that I do. In doing so, I have experienced great comfort, peace, and success in my personal and professional life. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and He shall direct thy paths.”
— Proverbs 3:5-6
Micah 6:8 says, “What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” I believe each of us is called, as disciples of Jesus, to live our faith in the everyday choices and actions we make. Most importantly our decisions must protect the dignity of every human being as well as be reflective of Christ’s love, justice, and peace in all we do. I believe that my vocation is to help humanize and shape the future of our world based on Christ and the church’s teachings.”
The moral decline in America is accelerating and our broken world needs Christ more than ever. I try to live my faith in every aspect of my personal and professional life to truly be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. For me, that means fighting for our Christian values that are under attack in entertainment, media, and government. I am a warrior for Christ who leads with faith, hope, and charity.
I receive grace from God as His power guides me. I trust His Word as I fight the powers of this world. Only through His direction can I make a difference.
(Ephesians 6:12)
We are in a war for the hearts, minds, and souls of this generation. Many say, “someone should do something about the evil all around us!” Now is the time for us to individually pick up our crosses and do our part to fight in this war. This is my inspiration to give all for Christ in society!
When God makes it clear that He wants you to work for Him, there is no greater joy than to answer the call. It is said that He equips the called, so be not afraid to Dare Great Things for Christ!
I take to heart the calling I believe God has put on my life, to serve others, especially in this troublesome time. As Thomas Paine said,” I prefer peace, but if trouble must come, let it be in my time that my children may know peace. “ I am a peacemaker, but God has called me to this challenging, wonderful time for His glory and His plans.
I love and have faith in Jesus. A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out. In faithfulness He will bring forth justice; He will not falter or be discouraged till He establishes justice on earth.
